RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES Champions and exhibits the guiding principles and core values of AAA;
Builds positive relationships and rapport with Team Members;
Provides helpful, empathetic, reliable and timely assistance to both Team Members and Members;
Provides real time hands on operational support.

Supports Manager and Team Lead in providing consistent communication and messaging;
Supports team engagement;
Provides new hire and ongoing training and technical guidance;
Routinely leverages fleet resources to provide solutions to basic and complex situations;
Helps to resolve obstacles that create barriers for Team Members Provides feedback to Team Lead and/or Manager to assist in process improvement that supports the overall strategy;
Identifies and alerts Manager of system, process or Team Member performance concerns;
Operates a tow truck and/or battery vehicle to assist members based on business need.

Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSAbility to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

Outstanding customer service skills and ability to effectively transfer these skills to others

Expert knowledge of the AAA Way of towing and battery practices and ability to successfully train others

Demonstrated track record of successful decision making and problem solving

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Google Suite Advanced knowledge of performing the duties of a tow truck driver and battery driver EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent4-6 years experience in fleet operations to include tow or battery assist driver and road service operations.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable 39 month driving record

Must be at least 21 years of age WORKING ENVIRONMENT / MINIMUM

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
50 percent of the time is working in an office environment and 50 percent of the time is out in the field.

Office work includes using a computer, standing, walking or sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation.

Field work includes lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required. May work in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis – Compensation Range:
Min: $76,657.00 – Mid: $95,820.00
