Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Procurement Executive. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services necessary for the company’s operations. Day-to-day tasks will include evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, preparing procurement reports, and collaborating with other departments to meet the organization’s procurement needs.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years in in procurement, preferably in the maritime industry.
• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
