Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–3 years in freight/logistics pricing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies for freight services
- Analyze market trends, fuel costs, and carrier rates to optimize margins
- Prepare and submit accurate customer quotes & responses
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align pricing with business goals
- Monitor and report on pricing performance and profitability
- Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets
- The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for preparing and reviewing freight rates and quotations for air, sea, and land transport services, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing aligned with company standards.
- The role involves responding to customer and agent inquiries, supporting the sales team with timely and accurate pricing proposals, and collaborating with finance to validate margins and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in freight pricing, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel/pricing software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Strong communication skills to liaise with carriers and clients
