About the Role

You will be a central operational key player, supporting the leadership team in day-to-day business. You ensure efficient, transparent workflows across logistics, finance, HR, administration, and IT, always with a focus on structure and quality. This role reports directly to the leadership team.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Operations: Manage and coordinate all logistics processes, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and installations
  • Finance & Administration: Oversee accounts receivable and payable, project billing, client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense management
  • HR & Team Coordination: Handle onboarding/offboarding, contracts, guidelines, serve as the operational HR contact, support recruiting
  • Administration & Communication: Serve as primary contact for suppliers, and partners; maintain company documents and data
  • IT & Systems: First point of contact for IT issues before escalation to IT support; manage software licenses and company data

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounts or related field
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
  • Several years of experience in Operations & Finance, ideally with logistics exposure
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience
  • Affinity for the Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction industry
