About the Role
You will be a central operational key player, supporting the leadership team in day-to-day business. You ensure efficient, transparent workflows across logistics, finance, HR, administration, and IT, always with a focus on structure and quality. This role reports directly to the leadership team.
Your Responsibilities
- Logistics & Operations: Manage and coordinate all logistics processes, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and installations
- Finance & Administration: Oversee accounts receivable and payable, project billing, client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense management
- HR & Team Coordination: Handle onboarding/offboarding, contracts, guidelines, serve as the operational HR contact, support recruiting
- Administration & Communication: Serve as primary contact for suppliers, and partners; maintain company documents and data
- IT & Systems: First point of contact for IT issues before escalation to IT support; manage software licenses and company data
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounts or related field
- Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
- Several years of experience in Operations & Finance, ideally with logistics exposure
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- Affinity for the Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction industry
