We are a leading maritime service provider with a global presence in the maritime industry for over 10 years. We are currently looking for Operations Executives to join our team in Colombo.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations team and ensuring smooth coordination of ship agency services and port formalities. If you are a dynamic and talented individual with a passion for the maritime industry, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee mainly crew change operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
· Coordinate with crew members, principals, and other relevant parties.
· Maintain accurate records of crew movements and related documentation.
· Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
· Assisting to other operations when required
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email.
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work extended hours/night shifts if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
