Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Associate role located in Marietta, GA. In this role, the Operations Associate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing transportation and logistics operations, communicating with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work closely with the operations team to optimize processes, manage schedules, and address logistical challenges. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing operational updates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
