✅ What you’ll do (and learn!)

As an Ocean Export Coordinator, you’ll help ensure ocean export shipments move smoothly and on time. Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • 📌 Gather shipment details, create bookings, and complete documentation/data entry
  • 🚚 Coordinate pickups and deliveries to keep cargo moving on schedule
  • 🧾 Prepare and issue required export documents (based on instructions provided)
  • 📞 Communicate with customers and overseas offices to confirm requirements and keep everyone aligned
  • 🔎 Track & trace shipments using daily reports; ensure bills of lading and pre‑alerts are issued on time
  • 💬 Request/compare rates with carriers and truckers and support rate quotes to customers/overseas offices
  • 🗂️ Keep shipment files organized and ensure billing is accurate and aligned with internal procedures

(Training and support provided — you won’t be expected to know everything on day one. 🙂)

🙌 What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business or equivalent experience
  • Around 1 year in an administrative/clerical/coordinator role (internships count!)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)

🕒 Schedule

Full‑time | Mon–Fri

07:00 AM – 04:00 PM or 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (CST)
