JOB DESCRIPTION
This role supports daily warehouse operations by managing shipping, receiving, and inventory transfers within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to defined procedures, and the ability to safely handle materials, equipment, and systems to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. • Scan barcodes and input data into ERP systems for inventory tracking • Sort and verify incoming and outgoing products against documentation • Label, package, and palletize orders for shipment accurately • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment • Transport materials (up to 60 lbs) and support general warehouse operations • Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods • Support order fulfillment timelines, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed • Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year of shipping experience (manufacturing environment preferred) • 1+ year of receiving experience • Experience with LTL, LCL, and air freight shipping methods • 1+ year of international shipping experience, including working with 3PLs and freight forwarders • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and leadership • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking processes • Knowledge of safety protocols, including PPE, forklift operation, and material handling best practices
