Overview
We are seeking Dedicated and Reliable O/Ops & Carriers (1099 Independent Contractors) to join our team. We are looking for Box Truck & High Roof Sprinter Vans Owners. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Own/Lease a Box truck, van, or heavy equipment.
Transport freight and goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
Utilize pallet jacks, lift gates and other equipment for loading and unloading cargo.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and deliveries.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
Perform shuttle driving duties as needed for transporting personnel or goods between locations.
Experience
Previous experience as a driver in roles such as box truck, van driver, or heavy haul is preferred.
Familiarity with freight transport and warehouse operations is a plus.
Experience operating heavy equipment or limousines is advantageous.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
