Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license
Must be at least 21 years old
Clean driving record
Must pass a drug screening and background check
Ability to work 21 days out with 3 days off
2 weeks out with 2 days off
Drivers can take the truck home during time off
Equipment & Freight:
Equipment: Mainly Freightliners
Average Tractor Age: 1.5 years
Freight Type: Dry Van
Truck Speed: 63 mph (pedal), 65 mph (cruise)
Drop and Hook: 80%
No-Touch Freight: 99%
Training for Trainees:
Training Period: 4 to 6 weeks
$650 per week during training

Pet Policy: Dogs up to 40 lbs allowed with proof of vaccinations and rabies certificate ($300 non-refundable deposit through payroll deduction)
Rider Policy: Riders allowed (minimum age 12 during school breaks) – $36.00/week
Layover Pay: Paid after 2 hours
Dock Detention Pay: Paid after 2 hours
Transition Bonus: Earn up to $1,500 for completing specific mileage milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate across all 48 states with a focus on regional routes (typically east of I35).
Handle no-touch freight with 40%–50% of loads requiring tarping.
No forced dispatch—flexibility to manage your schedule and routes.
Average 2,000–2,500 miles per week based on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
Follow DOT regulations and maintain accurate logs.
Orientation:
Duration: No more than 2 days
Location: Multiple locations (details provided at orientation)
Lodging: Single occupancy provided
Travel: Reimbursement for one-way Greyhound bus ticket (with receipt)
Meals: Provided during orientation
