We are hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a Regional position out of Melody Hill, IN. Run consistent Regional routes, come home every single weekend on a guaranteed schedule, and earn strong weekly pay starting from day one. No prior trucking experience required – a valid CDL-A is all you need and we will train and support you every single step of the way.

PAY:
- Annual pay: $62,400 – $88,400
- Average weekly pay: $1,200 – $1,700
- Orientation bonus: $300 paid immediately upon completion
- CPM rate: $0.56 per mile
- Direct deposit processed every Friday without exception
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Regional – Full Time
- Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van
- Home Time: Every weekend – locked in guaranteed and never compromised under any circumstances
- Schedule: Day and night shifts available; weekend availability may occasionally be required based on freight demand
- Weekly mileage: 1,700 – 2,400 miles
EQUIPMENT:
- 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias – professionally maintained and always road ready
- Automatic transmission on every single truck in the fleet
- Dry van trailers on every assigned load every time

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record
- No SAP program or DUI history
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- No special endorsements or certifications required
- Must reside within a reasonable distance of Melody Hill, IN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on all assigned Regional routes
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections on every single run without exception
- Maintain accurate and fully compliant ELD electronic logs throughout every trip
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies on every single haul
- Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch throughout the full duration of every trip
