Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, discreet, and service-oriented VIP Chauffeur to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation for executives, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport executives, clients, and guests to designated destinations.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Plan efficient travel routes while considering traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent operating condition.
- Coordinate routine servicing and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure a comfortable travel experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance while representing the organization.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold high hospitality standards.
- Remain flexible to changing schedules and operational requirements.
- Comply with Qatar traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate vehicle and mileage records.
- Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chauffeur, Executive Chauffeur, Hotel Chauffeur, or Luxury Hospitality Driver.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality environment, executive transportation, or private service is required.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Excellent knowledge of Qatar roads and traffic regulations.
- Clean driving record.
- Professional, well-groomed, organized, and punctual.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm, discreet, and professional under pressure.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality.
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing transportation services for executives, senior management, or high-profile clients.
- Background in luxury hospitality, hotel transportation, or limousine services.
- Defensive driving certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with premium customer service standards.
