Oversee custodial and transportation services in a school district as the Manager of Operations. Focus on maximizing safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in all departmental functions.
This position works closely with the Director of Facilities and Transportation to ensure effective operations of transportation and custodial teams. You will be responsible for staff supervision, training, and the management of facility usage by the community. Additional duties include budgeting, performance evaluations, and liaising with organizational groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all custodial and transportation operations
• Plan and direct staff assignments for optimal productivity
• Manage community facility rentals and access
• Conduct regular inspections and safety checks
• Provide training and performance evaluations for staff
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma and management-related training
• Minimum of two years in a managerial role
• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Consent to a thorough criminal record check
Lead and manage operations to ensure a well-maintained and efficient environment for school activities.
