Title: Logistics Specialist

Key responsibilities:
- Execute complex international logistics spare parts orders & projects
- Coordinate shipment readiness, material flow and all operational interfaces with logistics partners and service providers
- Ensure packaging, labeling, accurate shipping and export documentation
- Organize standard, special, oversized or high-risk transport
- Apply Incoterms, insurance and compliance standards
- Track shipments and coordinate import/export and customs-related processes
- Support logistics cost estimation, budget assumptions and offer-related logistics inputs for international projects
- Provide operational input for freight, packaging and transport cost models, including cost risks and feasibility considerations
- Compare planned versus actual logistics costs and support cost accuracy, rate adherence and lessons learned for future shipments
- Support local governance activities in Vietnam, especially documentation discipline, customs-related coordination and adherence to global logistics standards
- Act as local interface for governance-related logistics topics, escalating unclear customs, export control or compliance cases to the responsible global governance function
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with exposure to international or project logistics
- Very good English communication skills (written and spoken), enabling participation in international calls, coordination with global stakeholders and professional written communication
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong coordination and communication skills in an international environment
- High level of ownership, reliability and operational discipline
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
- Basic understanding of customs, export documentation, Incoterms and trade compliance topics is an advantage
