Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. FULLY ONSITE
Pay Rate: $20-24/hr

Training: On the job training. More manual labor until you become familiar with the systems. Day to day becomes 50% administrative duties and 50% manual labor.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join the Logistics team of one of our client located in Plano, TX. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping, receiving, and administrative logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. This position will require the use of a forklift on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills and experience in logistics systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving Duties:
- Receive deliveries from shipping carriers and verify contents against packing lists.
- Process goods receipts against Purchase Orders in nSAP.
- Stock inventory in designated inventory areas.
Shipping Duties:
- Generate pick sheets for outgoing shipments using nSAP.
- Pull, package, and prepare equipment for shipment based on pick sheets.
- Process shipments using carrier platforms.
- Complete and update pick sheets in nSAP.
- Enter tracking and Proof of Delivery (POD) details into internal databases.
- Load shipments onto carrier vehicles upon arrival.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Create sales orders and request customer site codes in nSAP as needed.
- Ensure that the facility and storage are secured at the end of the day.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous shipping & receiving management experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Forklift operation certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with SmartSheets (User level)
