Position Overview
We're looking for an AIR FREIGHT FORWARDER for our operations department at LISBOA.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment planning (import), including documentation.
- Preparation, control, and distribution of all required documents to counterparties (shipper, consignee, supplier, etc.)
- Responsible for customer service and shipment status tracking, identifying incidents, and ensuring resolution to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Consolidation of individual shipments and arrangements for prompt pickup/delivery of shipments to and/or from the specified destination.
- Preparation of price quotes.
- Approval of supplier invoices and shipping documents.
- Ensuring compliance with KPIs and targets according to defined KPIs.
- Preparation of price quotes.
- Implementation of new customers, sales representatives, suppliers, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year in air operations.
- Previous experience in customer support/client service
- Language: Portuguese and proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Detailed oriented.
