Logistics Specialist
We’re hiring a Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day logistics, shipment coordination, inventory movement, and operational reporting within a busy supply chain environment.
This is a great role for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, fulfilment, or supply chain operations who enjoys solving problems and keeping things moving.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Tracking orders, inventory movements, and delivery performance
- Liaising with carriers, 3PLs, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders
- Resolving shipment, transport, and warehouse issues
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Supporting cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock accuracy
- Producing reports and using data to spot trends or process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, fulfilment, or supply chain operations
- Good understanding of shipment tracking, inventory, and order fulfilment
- Experience working with carriers, 3PLs, or warehouse teams
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with operational data
- Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to WMS or TMS platforms
- Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar systems
- International shipping or trade documentation experience
- Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business-related qualification
Contract Details:
- €200 Per Day
- 12 Months Contract
- Remote – Ireland
