About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team at Smart Communications, Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse logistics, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers and suppliers/vendors by maintaining and updating performance scorecards.
Conduct regular inventory audits, including cycle and periodic counts.
Review daily transactions of 3PL to validate data accuracy in the system.
Recommend policy and process enhancements for daily warehouse operations.
Perform statistical analysis and create reports to highlight the performance of 3PL warehouse operations and the overall logistics group.
Prepare monthly 3PL performance and inventory reports for audit purposes.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
At least five (5) years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Operations.
At least three (3) years of experience working with PowerBI, MS Copilot, and Python programming.
Proficient in SAP WMS and MM modules.
Strong knowledge of database management systems and methodologies.
Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
Excellent computer literacy and numeracy skills.
