THE ROLE
This position is ideal for an experienced logistics professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making a measurable impact.
Reporting to the Global Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in managing international freight operations, inventory movements and logistics administration across multiple global markets. This is a highly visible position where you'll work closely with operations, finance and offshore teams to ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain while identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, reduce costs and streamline processes.

Day-to-Day
- Coordinate domestic and international freight movements across multiple regions
- Monitor inbound shipments and inventory movements from production through to warehouse receipt
- Investigate freight, duty and logistics discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
- Review freight costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Liaise with offshore logistics partners, warehouses and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile freight invoices and logistics costs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Support warehouse operations and stock movements when required
- Assist in implementing more efficient logistics and operational processes
- Provide reliable operational support and confidently manage logistics activities when required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We're looking for someone who brings both technical capability and a proactive attitude.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain or operations role
- Experience managing international freight and shipping processes
- Understanding of import duties, freight documentation and invoice reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and a naturally curious mindset
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems
- Experience working with offshore manufacturing or international suppliers
- The confidence to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- A positive, hands-on approach with a willingness to help wherever needed
Experience within fashion, apparel, consumer goods or another product-based business with offshore manufacturing will be highly regarded.
