Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the transportation, storage, and delivery of goods. This role requires strong logistical planning skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Coordinate the Booking/transportation of cargo from Suppliers to end users.
- Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor and track shipments using a logistics system.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage customs clearance and import/export documentation.
- Provide support for operations when the need arises.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in freight operations, transportation coordination, and supply chain management
- Proficiency in documentation management, regulatory compliance, and customs procedures
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interactions
- Knowledge of logistics software or freight management systems is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry-specific practices and regulations for logistics and transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
