Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator, located in Westmont, IL. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Duties also include communicating with carriers and clients, problem-solving logistical issues, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Competitive compensation, insurance and 401K options are part of the total compensation for this role with an opprtunity for advancement with our Project Logistics team.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Supply Chain Management experience
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry strongly preferred
Experience in a call center/office environment required in lieu of logistics experience
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
