The Role

With the growth of domestic logistics needs, particularly for major clients like Amazon, your role will ensure that every shipment runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our operations, working closely with drivers, clients, and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Booking and Scheduling Freight:You’ll manage freight loads, schedule transportation, and ensure that each shipment runs like clockwork.
Driver & ClientCommunication:Clearcommunicationis key. You’ll send critical documentation such as Bills of Lading, confirm delivery schedules, and provide clients with the peace of mind that their freight is in good hands.
Data Management:You’ll input and manage all logistics data, keeping our systemsup-to-dateand accurate.Precisionis essential to keeping operations smooth.
Quoting & Tracking:You’ll provide quotes and real-time tracking information, making sure our clients are always informed and satisfied with our service.
Customer Service:Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments is part of the job. You’ll be the go-to problem-solver when challenges arise.
Amazon Logistics Management:Ideally, you’ll bring or develop expertise in managing deliveries specifically for Amazon, utilizing their logistics software and appointment scheduling processes to ensure seamless operations.
Ideal Profile
What We’re Looking For:
Logistics Expertise:You have experience in logistics and transportation, particularly within the U.S. domestic market, and know the ins and outs of freight management.
Amazon Logistics Familiarity:If you’ve worked with major clients like Amazon, and understand their logistics software and scheduling, that’s a big plus. But don’t worry if you don’t—what matters isyour abilityto quickly learn.
Communication Pro:You’re an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally. Coordinating between drivers, clients, and our internal team will be a big part of your daily work.
Tech-Savvy:You’re comfortable with software systems and ready to adapt quickly to new tools. Knowledge of Amazon’s logistics software is an asset, butyour abilityto learn is what counts.
Problem-Solver:You don’t shy away from challenges. When problems arise, you think critically and resolve issues efficiently, always stayingcalm under pressure.
Attention to Detail:Accuracy matters. You’ll be responsible for managing sensitive data and communicating precise details that ensure successful logistics operations.
