Job Responsibilities

Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan, leading the team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Guide team members in identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing customized solutions.

Build and maintain long – term, close relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and promoting repeat business. Supervise team members in accurately recording sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Lead market research efforts within the team to keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Based on market insights, adjust sales strategies and product positioning in a timely manner.

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service. Coordinate resources to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements, and resolve any cross – departmental issues that may arise during the sales process.

Prepare and review compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations from the team. Guide team members in negotiating contracts and agreement terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Organize and lead the team to participate in industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and social events to enhance brand visibility and generate potential customers.

Manage, train, and mentor the sales team. Set clear performance goals for team members, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback and development plans to improve team performance.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the logistics, warehousing, distribution, or freight industry, with over 3 years of experience in leading a sales team.

In – depth understanding of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management, with a good grasp of industry market dynamics.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese. Good English skills are a plus.
