Key Responsibilities:
Help manage deliveries for online orders and milk subscriptions.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and delivery platforms (e.g., Grab, PickARoo, foodpanda).
Monitor inventory and update stock records using systems like SAP.
Assist with route planning and communicate schedules to drivers.
Track any delivery issues or delays and provide updates as needed.
Handle basic customer and client inquiries related to deliveries.
Keep accurate records of inventory and completed deliveries.
Support general logistics operations as needed.
Qualifications:
IT / Computer Science graduate or any related course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or admin work is a plus.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
