We are looking for a Logistic Operator
Office in Miami, AutoPAQ LLC
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Employment Type: W-2
Key responsibilities include:
- Verify vehicle condition and keys upon arrival (upload photos to the system)
- Coordinate port entry and take photos
- Send notifications through the system
- Handle documents and vehicle titles (receiving and shipping)
- Maintain basic office organization
- Record vehicle arrivals for social media
- Strong writing skills and good phone communication
Requirements:
- English proficiency
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
