Hiring Reefer Dispatcher Manager –Reefer Experience Required Jobs in Rolling Meadows, IL at JD Zoom Inc
We’re currently looking for an experienced Manager or Team Leader to oversee a team of 10+ dispatchers in a fast-paced trucking company environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the trucking industry only
- Proven ability to lead and manage people effectively
- Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, including how to load and assign trucks from dashboards and dispatch systems
- Understanding of freight markets, rates, and lane planning
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
- Proficient with TMS systems, ELDs, and load tracking tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with driver management and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using chat and communication software
- Focused on improving efficiency, maintaining service quality, and ensuring on-time performance
