What You ‘ll Do
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day delivery operations by coordinating dispatch activities, optimizing delivery routes, and working closely with internal teams and logistics partners. You will play a key role in improving delivery performance, truck utilization, and operational efficiency while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities to support timely order fulfilment.
- Support route planning and delivery scheduling to improve delivery efficiency and truck utilization.
- Work closely with delivery contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor delivery performance, service levels, and operational KPIs.
- Analyze operational data and support recommendations for process improvement.
- Support manpower planning and deployment of delivery resources.
- Follow up on incomplete or unsettled deliveries and support timely resolution.
- Assist with operational reporting, dashboard updates, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and other teams to support delivery priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and safety requirements.
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or distribution. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or practical exposure in logistics, distribution, operations, or FMCG would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset.
