Nexterus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated International Customer Service Representative. If you are a reliable, energetic, team player with a strong work ethic, excellent written/verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the willingness to get the job done, we would like to hear from you!

 Coordinating, tracking, verifying, and reporting status of international transportation, following through to final delivery.

 Communicating with all necessary parties accurately and in a timely manner.

 Compiling and validating all necessary documentation to complete Customs Entry.

 Following through to Customs release and follow all OGA’s that would pertain to the specific commodity insuring compliance.

 Prioritize, schedule, and route shipments international shipments from their origin to final destination.

 Gather, review, and verify international transportation related documentation.

 Prepare quotations and coordinate documentation between customers, vendors, forwarders, and brokers.

 Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational proficiency to meet growth and profitability goals.

 Associate degree or equivalent level of training or experience.

 Relevant experience in a Customer Service role or equivalent skill set.

 Basic knowledge of Customs rules/regulations regarding the Import & Export of freight.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude, organization of work and superior customer service.

 Computer literacy, with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

 Proficiency in mathematics

 Knowledge of world geography.
