What We’re Looking For:
A "Book of Business": An active portfolio of commercial shippers (manufacturers, distributors, or wholesalers).
Experience: 1-2 years in freight brokerage or logistics sales.
The Hustle: You are a "closer" who thrives in a commission-only environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using TMS software and digital boards to move freight with zero-deviation integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and close new national commercial shipping opportunities.
Manage the "cradle-to-grave" process for your clients with total transparency.
Act as an extension of the SHIPNSG brand promise.
