Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily functions of yard team members

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the yard
• Communicate workflow and challenges to the Yard Foreman
Requirements:
• Background in transportation or yard operations
• Proven leadership or supervision experience
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with safety legislation and practices
• Capability to work outdoors and lead by example
