Purpose of the Job
Ensure all shipments are delivered, booked with carriers and/or shipped according to Aramex freight operations quality and service standards
Job Description
- Arrange with customer for pre alerts and review docx before start clearance process
- Make follow up with vendors and updates customer using phones and Emails
- Make daily updates using excel reports to customer
- Using Aramex cargo wise system for updating and create new shipments
- Contact truckers for transportation and arrange needed reports from them and collect their invoices
- Close the shipments by issue job costing sheet with its related receipts
Job Requirements – Experience and Education
- Experience for 3-4 years in freight forwarder filed ad clearance operation
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Very good English
- Time-management, assertive nature and the ability to manage multiple activities at a time.
- Details oriented
- Microsoft office (Excel) highly needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
