Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator (Remote – Philippines)
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator based in the Philippines to manage end-to-end US freight brokerage operations. Working remotely on a US-aligned schedule, you will handle load acquisition, rate negotiations, carrier dispatch, real-time shipment monitoring, and administrative completion to drive profitable logistics operations.
Role Specifications
- Location: 100% Remote (Philippines)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT (Overlapping US CST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; flexibility required)
- Language Proficiency: C1 Advanced English or higher
- Required Experience: 2 to 3 years in US Freight Brokerage, Transportation Logistics, or Dispatch

Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Shipment Management: Take total ownership of each load lifecycle—from sourcing freight and issuing quotes to carrier selection, live dispatch, transit tracking, and final delivery confirmation.
- Commercial Strategy & Business Development: Prospect new shippers, negotiate competitive transport rates with carriers and drivers, maximize operating margins, and expand existing account revenues.
- Operations, Tracking & Problem Resolution: Monitor active shipments continuously using TMS and CRM platforms, communicate real-time updates to clients, resolve transit issues or delays, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Document Control & Compliance: Collect, audit, and archive essential shipping documents including Proof of Delivery (PODs), Bills of Lading (BOLs), lumper receipts, and carrier rate confirmations.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience navigating US freight markets, logistics tools, and TMS/CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consultative sales capabilities to secure profitable freight deals.
- Exceptional oral and written English communication skills for seamless interaction with US clients and carriers.
- High organizational skills, keen attention to operational detail, and the ability to handle multiple live loads under pressure.
