Jet Logistics is searching for talented individuals to join our dynamic Flight Operations Department. No experience necessary.
Purpose of Position
The primary function of this position is to review domestic and international trips for feasibility, provide crew support and accomplish crew briefings, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between Clients and Crews, ensuring appropriate communication and coordination.
Briefing of crew members on upcoming flights
Provides highest level of service and safety for all flight crews, clients, and employees by accomplishing feasibility analysis, coordination of trip changes, airspace monitoring and crew briefings.
Oversee planning, coordination, and communication of domestic and international flights, including but not limited to; handling, slots, permits, fuel, parking, TFR, ATC, ground transportation, hotel arrangements, APIS, GenDec and any company assigned tasks.
Monitor weather and other events with the potential to impact aircraft operations

Essential Job Functions
Good communication skills required.
Good computer / software skills required.
Good customer service skills required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment. An aviation background is preferred but not required.
A good grasp of geography, time zones, political boundaries, general aircraft performance factors, etc.
Ability to effectively communicate with a service-oriented mindset.
Broad knowledge of world geography.
Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Always strives for continuous improvement, is effective at prioritizing and managing work, and is comfortable interfacing with employees and clients at all levels.
Is adaptable, has a natural curiosity for learning, initiates action, high work standards, has a passion for results.
Dispatch experience in any field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
