FedEx Ground CDL-A Team Drivers – Earn Up to $125,000+ Annually

Experienced Class A CDL team drivers are needed for consistent FedEx Ground linehaul opportunities dispatching from the Lehigh Valley and Allentown, Pennsylvania area. Multiple positions are available, including unassigned fleet openings with advancement potential and dedicated home-weekly routes.
Established teams are preferred, but qualified solo drivers who are willing to be matched with a compatible co-driver are encouraged to apply.
Opportunity 1: Unassigned Team Fleet – Lehigh Terminal
Pay and Miles
- $0.90 CPM split
- $1,500 minimum weekly guarantee per driver when available for work
- Approximately 5,000–6,000 team miles per week
- Potential weekly earnings of $2,250–$2,700 per driver
- Weekly direct deposit
- $250 monthly safety bonus

Opportunity 2: Dedicated Home-Weekly Team Routes
Pay and Bonuses
- Earn up to $125,000+ annually per driver
- Up to $0.90 CPM split, based on experience
- All truck miles paid
- Teams average 5,000+ miles per week
- Paid weekly by direct deposit on a W-2
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Sign-on bonus increases to $2,000 when eligible drivers start within two weeks
- Quarterly safety bonus of $0.02 CPM on qualifying safe miles
- Annual performance and merit-pay reviews
- Additional $0.02 CPM referral incentive for each qualifying referral

Schedule and Home Time

Minimum Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past three years; some positions may also accept five years within the past ten years
- Doubles/Triples endorsement required or willingness to obtain before starting, depending on the position
- Safe driving record
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Must meet applicable FedEx Ground, DOT, and insurance qualification standards
- Established teams preferred
- Qualified solo drivers willing to be team-matched are encouraged to apply
