OTR CDL-A Truck Driver – $0.80 CPM – All Miles Paid
JIT FREIGHT LLC is hiring experienced OTR CDL-A Company Drivers for long-haul routes across the United States.
We are a driver-focused trucking company looking for reliable, professional drivers who want consistent miles, competitive pay, and direct communication with dispatch.
Pay & Miles
- $0.80 CPM
- All miles paid
- Target of 4,000+ miles per week
- Weekly pay
- Consistent OTR freight
- Long-haul routes
- Solo drivers
At 4,000 miles per week, gross driver pay is approximately $3,200 per week before taxes and deductions.
Equipment & Freight
- 53′ Reefer and Dry Van
- OTR / nationwide routes
- Well-maintained equipment
- No-touch freight on most loads
- Professional dispatch support
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes
- Pick up and deliver freight on time
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow DOT and FMCSA safety regulations
- Maintain accurate ELD/logbook records
- Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and equipment issues
- Keep equipment clean and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Properly secure and protect freight during transportation
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- OTR driving experience preferred
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass required DOT and company qualification checks
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable staying on the road for long-haul trips
- Good communication with dispatch
