This Courier position entails providing friendly and efficient delivery services for Fed Ex Canada on an assigned route. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and the capability to lift substantial packages. Applicants must pass a mandatory driver assessment and should have a diploma or equivalent education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct courteous pick-up and delivery of parcels on your route
• Check all shipments for conformance to service standards
• Offer comprehensive customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Manage logistics and operate effectively under pressure
• Work flexible hours including weekends as needed
Requirements:
• Completed high school or equivalent education
• Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Capable of lifting up to 150 lbs with assistance
• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations is a plus
Excel in package delivery and customer service as a key member of the Fed Ex Canada team.
