What is the Main Aim of This Position?
To ensure ETİ’s export operations are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards, while effectively managing end-to-end processes including shipment execution, documentation, customs follow-up, and SAP operations in alignment with customer and operational requirements.
What We Expect from You?
- To manage end-to-end export operations from SAP order approval to shipment completion and customer delivery,
- To coordinate shipment planning and execution in alignment with warehouse, logistics, and customer requirements,
- To manage export documentation and follow up on customs processes in compliance with regulations,
- To monitor operational performance through reporting, shipment tracking, and KPI follow-up,
- To ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and internal governance standards while supporting operational continuity,
Why You?
- If you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
- If you have at least 2 years of experience in export operations, international logistics, customs processes, or trade operations, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments,
- If you have good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications,
- If you have an awareness of compliance, audit, and operational governance requirements,
- If you are open to travel to Eskişehir when needed,
- If you have an excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
