Tired of chasing projects? Operate equipment at one established yard, on a fixed 7 AM–4 PM schedule, with 40 hours every week of the year. Typical annual earnings: $55,000–$62,000, plus a set weekday off every week.
Georgia Landscape Supply is a family-owned landscape materials yard that has served Metro Atlanta for over 23 years. We sell stone, gravel, retaining wall block, mulch, and soil to homeowners and contractors.
What you’ll do:
- Operate skid steers daily to load customer vehicles, trailers, and delivery trucks — precision loading in a busy retail yard
- Load and unload incoming freight
- Build bulk bags and prep rock products
- Hand load construction materials like mortar and wall blocks
- Keep the yard safe, clean, and organized
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of skid steer or wheel loader experience
- Reliable, on time, every day
- Able to communicate in English with customers and coworkers — English as a second language is completely fine
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs (team lifts available for heavier items)
- Saturday is a regular workday for our whole crew — your day off falls during the week
- No CDL required
Pay & benefits:
- $25–$28/hour based on experience, with time-and-a-half for overtime during peak season
- Performance review and raise eligibility at 90 days

Schedule: March–October: 5 days/week, 8.5 hours/day (7 AM–4 PM), Saturdays included, with a set weekday off. November–February: 4.5 days/week at a full 40 hours, Saturdays included.
