Home Weekly – Earn 57 – 65 CPM – 99% No-Touch
(Must have a valid CDL-A license and 6 months experience.)
J&R Schugel is hiring Midwest-based drivers to join their regional fleet. J&R Schugel is looking for motivated, successful, and safety-oriented drivers who are interested in being a part of an EMPLOYEE-OWNED Company that treats them with the respect they deserve. Our drivers enjoy great work/life balance, top industry pay, and well-equipped newer equipment.
Top Pay & Benefits:
Industry-leading pay structure: earn 57 – 65 CPM base pay + accessorial pay
Earn an estimated $1,200 – $1,600 per week
Get home every week, or choose to stay out every other week to earn even more
Average 2,200 – 2,500 miles per week
Top 50% of drivers average over 2,500 miles per week

Vacation pay
Requirements:
Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license
Must have 6 months of experience
Minimum age of 21
Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
