Responsibilities:
* Handle export and import shipments from booking to final delivery.
* Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customers.
* Prepare and follow up on shipping documentation.
* Track shipments and resolve operational issues.
* Ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding operations.
* Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and freight procedures.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.
* Good command of English.
