We are looking for an Event Support and Logistics Assistant to support the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the inventory of marketing and visual merchandising materials;
- Organize storage, tracking, and replenishment of display assets, promotional materials, and event equipment;
- Handle the preparation, packing, shipping, and return of materials for trade shows and events;
- Handle the set up and dismantling of the materilas for events and exhibitions, ensuring all visual merchandising standards are met;
- Inspect and maintain display materials, identifying any items that require repair or replacement;
- Keep inventory records accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, retail operations, or event coordination is preferred. We also welcome candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to travel internationally for trade shows and events.
