Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Transport clients safely between taxi ranks, stations, and the Retina SA office
- Assist visually impaired individuals with navigation and mobility within buildings and during appointments
- Provide accompaniment support at meetings and engagements
- Perform general driving duties for the organisation
- Ensure organisational vehicles are well maintained in coordination with the Office Administrator
- Assist with basic setup and dismantling at exhibitions and events Carry out light physical tasks, including handling moderate loads
Qualifications And Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have or be willing to obtain a PDP license
- Presentable, neat, and tidy appearance
- Must have had a drivers license and be a regular driver for more than 3 years
- Good communication skills in English
- Able to do small set-up and dismantling jobs at exhibitions and events
- Able to carry medium loads
- Reliable and compassionate personality
- Available Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime
