Responsibilities:
- Manage overall warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch) to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Control inventory through stock audits, cycle counts, and WMS to maintain high accuracy
- Oversee customer service related to order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
- Monitor KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, lead time) and drive improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects as PMO (process improvement, cost reduction, system implementation)
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholders
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and operational costs (labor, space, equipment)
- Prepare reports and dashboards for performance tracking
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations + process improvement / project management
- Strong knowledge of WMS and warehouse processes
- Experience in customer service or order management is a plus
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Power BI preferred)
- Good command of English (required)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional teams
Working day: Mon – Fri
Location: DC 889, 889/1 Moo 3. Phraek Sa Mai, Mueang Samut Prakan.
