Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver cum Messenger to
join our team
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing transportation, ensuring the secure delivery of documents and packages, and assisting with various messenger duties. The role requires a professional with a safe driving record, good
communication skills
, and a strong sense of time management.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation and Driving:
Safely transport CEO, staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations as required. Conduct vehicle inspections before each trip to ensure safe and reliable operation. Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the company vehicle.
Messenger
Duties
:
Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items to/from clients, partners, and offices in a timely manner. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive documents during delivery. Obtain necessary signatures and maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
Vehicle Maintenance and Reporting:
Regularly check fuel levels, vehicle fluids, and general maintenance; report any issues or damages promptly. Keep a log of trips, fuel usage, and any incidents for record-keeping purposes.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years driving experience, preferably with corporate driving or delivery responsibilities in UAE. Knowledge of local roadways and routes is an advantage.
Skills:
Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record, preferably Manual license. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional
communication
and interpersonal abilities.
Other Requirements: Â Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Flexibility
to work occasional evenings or weekends as required. Â Job Type: Â Full-time Pay: Â AED3,000.00 per month
