We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our logistics team.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating company trucks and subcontractors
- Route, capacity, vehicle, and driver scheduling
- Processing and managing transport orders and freight documentation
- Customer communication and handling claims and complaints
- Maintaining systems (TMS/ERP, master data, reporting)
- Coordinating with procurement, subcontractors, workshop teams, and drivers
- Driver and fleet management
- Monitoring performance, KPI analysis, and process optimization
✅ Requirements
- Experience in transport dispatching or freight forwarding.
- Good knowledge of TMS/ERP and MS Excel.
- Fluent German and good English.
- Category B driver’s license.
