Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing dispatch of claim documents from the patient to the respective insurance or TPA.
Daily tasks include processing data entries, handling scheduling, addressing customer queries, and maintaining operational efficiency to meet TAT and patient's needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Dispatching and scheduling operations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Efficient multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Data Entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a dispatch-rated role at insurance, or a service provider would be very helpful
