Job overview
– Monitor vessel/airlines schedule & shipment status
– Check import documents / B/L, Awb
– Coordinate D/O & Customs Clearance
– Arrange transportation & delivery
– Monitor Demurrage / Detention / Free Time
– Coordinate empty container return
– Check all related costs & supporting documents
– Prepare billing details & issue billing to customer
– Close job after billing completed
Required
– Minimum 2 years’ experience with a background in freight forwarding customer service positions
– Good command of English.
