About the Role

This position involves working within our Distribution Center, supporting the logistical handling of aircraft materials.

Shift

Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm

Education and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred. At least 1 year of experience in distribution, warehousing, material handling, shipping, or receiving. Valid Driver’s License required.

Position Purpose

Develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and quality practices to perform inspection, storage, and shipment of materials, supporting AOG requirements and distribution needs across Gulfstream markets. Under moderate supervision, ensure timely replenishment of materials and full compliance with documentation and export requirements. Demonstrate ability to operate efficiently in a high-paced environment to meet internal customer requirements professionally and promptly.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor and assist in resolving AOG situations promptly, ensuring effective communication and response in accordance with AOG policies.

Process pick tickets and orders by pulling and issuing parts to support service centers, spare parts sales, back shops, ASC, and distribution allocation, ensuring all regulatory documentation accompanies parts and that exportation complies with aircraft tail number regulations.

Prepare parts for shipment to customers, vendors, and facilities, following FAA regulations.

Understand and operate inventory management systems (such as Corridor or SAP) for all material handling transactions.

Handle and transport Dangerous Goods following DOT, FAA, and other relevant standards.

Address and resolve distribution discrepancies, communicating clearly about steps taken and needed.

Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with facility management and housekeeping.

Adhere to Material Handling Standards to protect brand integrity.

Understand and apply special inventory processes, including Special Missions and others.

Other Requirements:

Ability to obtain certification to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass DOT medical exam.

Proficient in computerized inventory procedures, including experience in material or production control.

Competent user of inventory management systems;
Corridor/SAP experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Operate standard office equipment and communication devices.

Flexible to work all shifts and weekends, with shifts subject to change.
