Looking for a reliable and experienced CDL Class A driver to operate a tractor doing local Intermodal/Container work in the Harrisburg Pa area.
This is a HOME DAILY position– NO OTR. Driver will haul Intermodal freight primarily in the local/regional area while working with an established transportation company.
I’m looking for someone dependable who wants consistent work, communicates well, takes care of the equimpment, and is interested in a long-term position.
Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor safely and professionally
- Pick Up and deliver intermodal/container freight
- Complete local/regional runs as dispatched
- Maintain communication regarding loads, delays, or equipment issues
- Follow DOT/FMCSA safety requirements
- Take reasonable care of the truck and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean/acceptable driving record
- Must meet company and insurance requirements
- Reliable and dependable
- Intermodal/container experience preferred
- Must be able to pass required drug/ alcohol screening
Pay: $1,000.00 – $2,000.00 per week
