Job Overview
The Parts Commercial Logistics Manager’s responsibilities typically combine aftermarket spare-parts operations, logistics, inventory management, and commercial performance.
Your Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Parts Commercial Logistics Manager include but are not limited to the following:
Inventory & Stock Optimization (focus on Rivalta, Bochum, Vesoul)
- Monitor inventory levels and service rates.
- Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Analyze demand forecasts and implement replenishment strategies.
- Improve inventory turnover and reduce obsolete stock.
Commercial Performance Management
- Track sales, margins, profitability, and product mix.
- Support commercial targets for spare-parts business.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
- Develop actions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing and supply chain teams.
- Support Distrigo distributors and dealers and aftermarket networks.
- Align logistics operations with commercial objectives.
KPI & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as parts availability, fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, logistics cost, sales performance, and gross margins.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management.
Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Master’s degree in Engineering or in a relevant field
- Inventory Planning
- Commercial and Financial Analysis
- Advanced Excel and Power BI
- KPI Reporting
- Negotiation and Stakeholder Management
- Project Management
- Automotive Aftermarket Knowledge
Our Offer
- Salary range: from 52000 € to 65000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
